We collect only what you give us: your name, email, phone and anything you write in our forms (newsletter, account and career forms). We use it to reply to you, send updates you signed up for, and process applications. We do not sell your data. Account details are stored in a secure Cloudflare database, with passwords kept only in hashed form. Other form data is stored in secure Google Workspace tools, and data is shared only with service providers who help us operate.

The Visit Us page may ask for your device location to show the nearest outlet. Your location is used only in your browser to sort outlets and is not sent to or stored by us.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data anytime by writing to the email on the Contact page.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, copy its content for commercial use, or misrepresent your identity. All TOKI names, logos, text and images belong to TOKI and Outpulse.Studio unless stated otherwise. We may update the site or these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.

Our online shop is under development. When it opens, delivery timelines, charges and serviceable locations will be shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, weather or incorrect addresses are outside our control, but we will help track and resolve any issue.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you. Opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

This website may use basic cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as intended.

By subscribing you agree to receive occasional emails about launches, offers and news. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to us and we will remove you.

Information and resumes submitted in job applications are used only for hiring and are visible only to authorised TOKI staff. We may keep it for up to 12 months for future openings unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
